Gulong ng Palad stars Kristine Hermosa, Joross Gamboa, Hazel Anne Mendoza and Nash Aguas. The four will play siblings with (what else but) a woeful life, victimized by the so-called wheels of destiny. TJ Trinidad will play Kristine’s love interest. While Roxanne Guinoo and Mhyco Aquino will be Joross’s and Hazel’s love interests, respectively.
This “ginintuang teleserye” will start airing probably by September.
Frankly, I do not see the point in recycling the same teleserye. It’s a big gamble, it’s either gonna succeed big time or bomb big time. We’ll see this September.

Does anyone know if they asked permission for that theme song? Because if they did not and claim that it was a original composition that would be plagiarism. And that would be strike two for ripped off theme songs for ABS-CBN. First there was that whole “Pinoy Ako” crap by Orange and Lemons which was ripped off from the song “Chandeliers” by The Care. The theme song from Gulong ng Pald is ripped from the song “L’Amour D’Aimer” and it is composed by Francis Lai, the same guy who did the theme song for “Love Story”, and it is the theme song for the film “Emmanuelle 2″ Here’s a link to a sample from that song.

It’s not complete but from that small sample alone you would know that the theme song is a blatant rip-off. At least Orange and Lemons added a catchy chorus to the song but this one is just awful. Why cant we compose our own songs! Magaling naman tayong mga pinoy eh!!

I just want to say that this show makes me feel in love again..TJ and Kristine are sooo great, best actor and actress…TJ is so cute and handsome…anyway, i love the show and i can’t wait to see them together forever…..

GNP is a success. The casts, especially Kristine, can make you cry, if the director wants the viewer to cry, the kontrabida like Cheri can make you very angry - as in angry to the max. CONGRATULATIONS GNP as well as to the whole ABS-CBN family.

I c the potential of all the cast. TJ (Carding) is really a hunk and c Kristine really put her relationship oneside (with Diet)to be on the role of Luisa. I LOVE Kristine the moment i saw her in PANGAKO & SANA’y with Jericho, wishing your loveteam with TJ be sucessful. gulong ng palad is a great soap opera. it portrays the reality that every person could have. From the poverty of Luisa’s (kristine hermosa) family up to the part in where the rich one (cheri) became a poor one mostly because of her ugly disposition on life. great work! i really admire the message of the story.

i really like tis movie coz it reflects how life in our little tiny island looks like… mann this is the most amazing movie i ever seen in my whole life… i like the way they act despite the role acted by Maam Menang that i really hate the most.. and the part act by Mimi it made me angry b-coz she’s full of tricky but above of all this movie is the best….

in my country we have the same tradition and culture but with this movie , that this is the most amazing movie i ever saw. this movie give us a theme of love and respect and also luisa is an good example for us shes so gorgeous and also she’s a very generous , kind, loving, honest and faithful person which teach me how to love and respect others
