We like the activity of pounding rice manually that is back to basic, featured the countryside life. Now it would soon be starting of classess by June but there are schools under the Dep. Ed. that has no chairs yet and no funding for the fabrication/buying of those school desks or chairs for Elementary & Highschool, like the SHJ-STLI(Sacred Heart of Jesus- Science, Technology & Language School, Inc., a non profit instution/organization in Iligan City , a newly established , for the marginal/urban poor children that can no longer be accomodated in overloaded public schools of 60-80 students per section without proper ventilation and lacking in chairs , books and space and neither could enroll in noted private school in Iligan for high cost of school fees,thus this school was established by the marginal poor educators in Iligan City, namely Mrs. Rosalejos from TESDA with net take home pay of pure poverty line , less than 3,000.00/mo.never enough to feed and send to school her 5 children and even pay electric /H20 bill promptly and Ms. Agawin L. from Dep Ed.(CWL/also receiving even less salary a former co incorporator for CWL & St. Paul Inst. Of Tech.but said rights has been taken away from her when the schoool she co- estalished started to boom.

Now, for our newly established school we wish to solicit from Pinoy Big brother even 2oo pcs school chairs with wrting stand for elementary and high school of expected 300 students and 10 boxes of chalks and even 2o rolls of white tetoron cloth and 20 rolls for black cloths for uniforms of this poor children so that thier paarents will not sacrifice a week viands or differ payment of electric /water bill just in order to buy thier new ubiforms.

We would like to view if the housemates could make chairs for these poor kids in Iligan City.
