Based on last Sunday’s dance performance, I think that Marky, Jom, Bea and Kimber are strong conteders.
I did notice that most of the girls had the same “look.” Which, I think, is not a good representation of different parts of the country.
Also, as with Star Circle Quest, a good number has prominent Caucasian looks.
I am also wary of GMA’s choice of Iwa. She did not perform so well last Sunday and yet she was also focused on by the camera. It seems to me that she is being “sold” as an Asian novelty somewhat like a certain Korean girl. Although Iwa is pretty and hopefully talented, I think it’s unfair for the other more deserving and talented competitors just because they are not “chinita.”
