Carol Banawa’s audition was not broadcasted. And she was not one of those going to Hollywood that were shown at the end of the program. However, it is still possible that she got through to Hollywood. However, spoilers for the Top 24 do not include the name Carol Banawa. She is currently married to an American military man, so her family name might have changed. Or she might have changed the name she actually used.
Carol was in the Philippines recently to perform in some shows in Manila. But she is reportedly going back to USA this first week of February.
So did she or didn’t she??? She is not talking about it and neither is her home network: ABS-CBN. But we’ll know soon enough. The first round of Hollywood auditions are going to be shown next week.

there’s no doubt, carol is one of the most talented singers in the country.one of the most beautiful voices ever heard.even if she’s not here,she’s still being remembered. i miss her so much. nobody sings like carol does.i know she’ll make it to AI at the right time…she’s definitely a lot better than other finalists..that’s already proven!

Carol and I have been working at the hospital for a little over a year now. All I can say about her is that she is determined. She is currently going college and is a few classes away from getting her nursing degree.

Hey Guys, okay, so Carol auditioned..they LOVED her, the thing is though, she is not yet an American Citizen. They like her so much, the producer talked to her and told her that, once she fixes her citizenship..audition again.
Hay..Carol is the BEST. it’s sad that she’s not “out there”, you know.. i hope she gets her break.

you dont need to be a citizen to join american idol.. you just need a working visa… and carols has that… kasi shes staging shows in the us for filipino communities… i just dont know why she wasnt accepted…
