Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin together again?!

How true is the rumor that Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin are set to reunite in GMA7’s “I Love New York” series???

“I Love New York” was initially a Jennylyn Mercado and Mark Herras project. However, when the Jennylyn-Mark relationship turned sour, the project was temporarily shelved. And now that Jennylyn and Mark are friends again, GMA7 is reportedly bringing the project back to life.

New reports say that Marvin and Jolina are also set to join the project. But GMA 7 and Marvin are mum about it. So negotiations might still be on-going. Or maybe ABS-CBN is also scrambling to give Marvin a project. After all, Marvin won Best Actor in last year’s MMFF, right?

If GMA 7 does reunite Jolina and Marvin, then they must be desperate. In my opinion, there is nothing that can be done to revive their past glory together. Their team-up got success in the past because they were adorable in doing the cutesy, tweetums, wholesome love team thing. But now that they’ve both grown up, I don’t think that they’re old spark will still be there.

The more important questions are: How will Jennylyn and Mark react to this development? And are there enough Marvin-Jolina fans left to boost the project???

   Natutuwa kami dito sa LA at mapapnood namin uli sina Marvin at Jolina sa Pinoy TV. I love to see the duo again , I know they still have a lot of followers especially abroad and the Phil…
