I think not!
We can certainly accuse Kim of a lot of things, but being malandi is not one of them. She might be insincere at times, insensitive, childish, playing too safe… but she is not malandi. Nope, she is not my bet to win. I was her supporter because she is talented and seems like a nice kid.
But then, I changed my mind. But nonetheless, I still remain to be a fan of her talents. And she still keeps me amused and entertained night after night. Yes, she disappoints at times, but she is just a kid and that’s expected.
Now that the Big Night is approaching and people are campaigning like hell. A lot of things have been said. I agree with some of the accusations thrown at Kim but not with the accusation that she is malandi.
She has been close with Gerald. But I have never seen them act inaapropriately FOR THEIR AGE. Their both childish and I understand that that’s who they are. Thus, I am unperturbed by their harutan, senseless gigling and similar acts.
Now, if Kim starts dancing provocatively or starts undressing in front of Gerald, that would be a totally different thing. But as of the moment, I have not, cannot and will probably not see her doing such things.
Kim was and is not malandi. PERIOD!

People, the video clips posted at http://www.chikadora.com showing Kim and Gerald’s harutan inside the PBB house are clean fun, even si Big Bro nakisali sa biruan nila about kili-kili. Kaya nagiging malicious because some people think of their actions as kalandian. Wala namang malice yung dalawa (Kim and Gerald) so why should WE put malice to what they did? Dahil lang may harutan yung dalawa does not necessarily mean na malandi na agad siya. Hindi naman sila naghihipuan or anything, mas revolting pa nga ang mga pinaggagawa nila Cass at Chx noong Season 1. Both of them are just having fun, otherwise, Big Brother would have reprimanded Kim and Gerald right away. At walang magsasabi na siyempre pinayagan ni Big Brother yun dahil hatak ng ratings, HINDI. alam naman ni BB na naka bantay ang MTRCB and the parents of the 4 bagets so kung talagang kalandian ang pinaggagawa nung dalawa pinaglayo na niya kaagad sila. We all have our own preferences as to who should be the BIG Winner, let’s just respect each other’s choices at kung wala rin namang masasabing maganda sa isa sa mga Big 4, wag nalang magcomment.

Some people are trying to rationalize theire actions as just being playfull.I am sure if theire daughters,younger sitsters acting the way Kim is acting toward Gerald a teenager raised in America

Each one of the viewers/supporters of PBBTE has preference. Some may choose Mikee or Clare or Gerald or KIm. WE all have our CHOICES. But let us bear in mind that whatever negative things we accuse against each of these housemates, it would be UNFAIR for them because they are not in the position to defend themselves. We may have perceived the behavior of these HMs differently but WE are in no position to pass judgment easily on them, we barely know these kids, except on the basis of what we see on television. No one really knows the character of these kids except their families and CLOSE FRIENDS. And when I say CLOSE, yung talagang kaibigan at hindi yung nagpapanggap na classmate kuno or kapitbahay kuno. It is useless saying negative things against anyone of the remaining housemates just to pull his/her votes down. Why can’t we silently cast our votes for our choice rather than demoralizing these kids. After all, they are just teenagers, they are still in stage of discovering their characters, having fun, meeting friends. We are the ones who put malice to their actions. Im not saying that I condone the harutan (or what others says “landian”) of Kim and Gerald but they are just playing, it just so happen that it involved physical contact. That’s all!!! they did nothing but insist on showing each others armpits on national t.v. They did nothing immoral so let’s just spare these kids who joined the show to have fun and try their luck as t.v. personalities. Mga bata pa talaga sila. Of course they are aware that Kim and Gerald are being paired together, but have we heard Kim and Gerald discuss that issue between them? NO! It is because they do not see any reason to put malice on their relation as FRIENDS. They enjoy each others company, including their sensless laughter and giggling only them can understand. It becomes complicated because of Mikee’s unrequited feelings. But that’s just it. If ABS-CBN is pairing them, so be it. hindi naman tayo ang mga talent managers niyan. Besides, they are in an industry where “reality seems a little too difficult for viewers or ordinary to distinguish”

When these people entered the pbb teens contest they agreed in principle and they are aware that every action they do is being observed by the people who then make their judgement on the basis on what they see on television. And what I see deeply troubles me . It shows a young Filipina who is literaly throwing herself in the arms of a young American who admitted on national TV that he wants to jerk off after seeing Cass, and what is more troubling the network yanking this two putting them in a secluded Island as if telling them Its okay flirt with each other its on us. Ang sa akin lang… it;s a matter of interpretation and opinion. In my opinion, hindi malandi si Kim. Kunsa sa tingin niyo ay malandi talaga siya, opinion niyo yun. Totoo, hindi nga kailangan magkaroon ng tuksuhan at harutan ang show para masabing hindi boring. Pero hindi naman ito bawal. Walang masama sa tuksuhan at harutan. Part yan ng pagiging bata eh. And for a show that is about Kabataang Pinoy, it is all natural. Ipokrito na lang ang magsasabi na hindi nya napagdaanan ang stage na ito nung bata sya. Kun hindi ipokrito, anti-social o kaya kill joy.

4. For someone who declares na hindi siya interesado magka-boyfriend or natatakot na siya, masyado siyang malapit sa lalaking gusto niya. Or baka sa sobrang nagkatrauma sa mga lalaki, bigla siyang nanabik sa attention sa isang lalaking interesado siya.

This is what I feel after reading all your comments.. I was so sad..knowing there really people like you still exist I thought these kind of culture only existed 50 yrs. ago.. Don’t degrade yourself by fabricating stories..I do watch 24/7 and I find it really entertaining sometimes addicting. I find kim really interesting though I was here only two months for a vacation and kim catches my attention and gerald, clare and mikee and other housemates. I think people are over reacting especially kim and geralds moments, actually I find Kim amazing she’s a very nice girl. It’s just normal for their age to giggle and tickle and laugh and laugh I even get carried away with their moments they’re just havin’ fun and if you really undrstand what they’re laughing about I’m sure you might be laughing as well. My family voted for kim coz she deserves the crown and she won no questions for that.
To all, I don’t think you have to post your fabricated stories just for your bet to win.. Smart people don’t need your stories to influence their votes.. It felt so good when you are happy for somebody’s happiness especially when they’re not stepping into your shoes.
For KIM Good luck and stay happy maintain that smile! Pure filipino people were so proud of you and in this bussiness I think you have to be strong.. and we know you are!
