Upcoming ABS-CBN Show: John and Shirley

Dolphy fans won’t miss him for long after Quizon Avenue ends in a month or so. Already in the works is a reunion sitcom for Dolphy and Maricel Soriano. Dolphy (as we all know) was one half of the popular TV tandem John en Marsha. And Maricel was Shirley, John and Marsha’s daughter. Since Nida Blanca who played Marsha has passed on, the new sitcom will now star Dolphy and Maricel. Predictably, it will be entitled John and Shirley. For Dolphy and Maricel’s sake, I hope ABS-CBN will give them a good set of writers and supporting actors. Para maging magandang-maganda ang will last as long as or long than John en Marsha and Home Along the Riles. Bert de Leon is reported to be the director of this show.

Hello,

I am one of many fans of Maricel here in Canada. I like the idea of having a John & Shirley sitcom. I hope it will be shown in the afternoon, any week days, between 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. With them on the sitcom, I suggest Matutina, Keanna, Sharlene (as Maricel’s daughter), etc.

I also suggest Smokey M. to cast in the sitcom, he’s really a funny guy. I saw him in a Maricel’s sitcom, Bida si Mister…

We (fans of Maricel here in Canada) can’t wait for the showing of John & Shirley sitcom. I knew it’s worthwatching &
it will capture the hearts of every Filipinos in the Philippines & abroad as well.

Hello again,

We (fans of Maricel here in Canada) are not happy with the time schedule of John En Shirley sitcom, 1:45 p.m. & replayed at 11:30 p.m.

Most of us worked from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. That means we cannot watch the show, it’s too late if we will watch the
11:30 p.m. schedule?

Is it possible to replay the said sitcom a little bit earlier, how
about … at least after Calla Lily, 10:00 p.m.

Or maybe you can replayed on Saturday anytime in the morning or late afternoon after Wowowee.

Hope we can watch the sitcom? Sayang naman…

You know what, as your one of TFC Subscribers here in Canada, we are longing to watch our favorite actress, Ms. Maricel Soriano, the Diamond Star. And that is the John En Shirley sitcom. We can watch her movies very seldom.

hi im leila im an avid kapamilya fan i just want to suggest the new korean novela hit its title is coffee prince starring Eun hye the actress of the hit series princess hours 1 it would really make a hit!even on the net it is widely being watched by many people wish u could get it here in the philippines to be translated in tagalog thanks
