I like it. All the actors were very good. everybody turned in flawless performances. Of course Gloria Romero was excellent as the overprotective Lola Maria. PBB’s Matt Evans is perfect as Pedro Penduko. Melissa Ricks has improved alot since the Star Circle Quest days. And TJ Trinidad fits his role well. another stand-out is Charles Christianson who is showing versatility by playing a bully. Agot Isidro and Albert Martinez’s short performances were heartfelt and induces sympathy. And of course, Bembol Roco is subtle yet very effective. Olyn Membiano, Kitkat and even Niña Jose delivers well.
The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the pace of the story. The story itself is good and very imaginative. But the pace is slow. And I’m worried because I heard that this will run for 20 weeks. But I hope the pacing will improve later on. I look forward to next week’s episode.

Bihira lang ako maka appreciate ng mga shows n tulad nito, pero this one really captures my attention…ASTIg talaga! Bigating Casts, Very Good Acting, Marvelous special effects, lahat nandun na, bilib din ako ky Matt kasi kahit first time nya, he was able to deliver his role well, sana ito nalang yung ginawang teleserye, mas maganda pa… good luck though…

I really like Matt Evans. I hope abs-cbn will not change the schedule and time slot of pedro penduko. We are watching it every friday at Tfc Dubai. Matt is a newcomer but he is really great and can deliver.
