Donsol, Adolf Alix Jr.’s multi-awarded film produced by Bicycle Pictures, has been selected by the Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP) to represent the country in its bid for an Academy Award nomination for Best Foreign Language Film. The film was chosen over two other independent movies, Foster Child and Inang Yaya.
Love has a way of confusing us.
Love has a way of changing us.
Love has a way of healing us.
Love is an ocean of emotions.
This film is a love story set in scenic Donsol amidst whale sharks, sunsets, and the ocean. It stars Sid Lucero and Angel Aquino. It boasts of a support cast of undoubted thespic skills, Cherie Gil, Jacklyn Jose, and Bembol Roco. It also feature Simon Ibarra, Kenneth Ocampo, and Aaron Junatas.
Will Donsol finally give the Philippine movie industry the Academy Award recognition it rightfully deserves? I hope so. I also hope it will be shown in local cinemas again.

this is the truth behind all speculations kung sino talaga ang tunay na nangunguna
GMA 7’s claim that they are the Philippines’ No. 1 TV Network has just been debunked by a recent national survey made by AGB Nielsen Media Research (Philippines).
It turns out that GMA 7 only leads in Mega Manila and Southern Luzon over their rival ABS-CBN.
The AGB Nielsen’s first nationwide urban television audience measurement (NUTAM) shows that ABS-CBN’s 43-percent viewership share put the company ahead of rival GMA Networks Inc., which garnered 35.2-percent rating, during the survey period October 8 to October 13.
NUTAM is an expansion of the current AGBNMR panel installation in Metro Manila homes. Using the on-line “peoplemeter,” it provides a total picture of television viewership in the entire Philippines through 24-hour monitoring of the panel homes.
A total of 1,500 panel homes will represent a universe of 7.26 million national urban TV homes from the following areas: North and Central Luzon with 300 homes; Metro Manila, 400 homes; South Luzon, 300 homes; Visayas, 300, homes; and Mindanao, 200 homes.
o ano ngayon?
napatunayan ko narin.
well okey lang naman siguro kung ibulgar ang katotohanan behind all lies and claims kung sino ang nangunguna
AGB na mismo ang may sabi niyan
further explanations? please view the PEP website
okay?

hindi kasi consistent ang rating ng nationwide dahil sa hindi parehas ang labanan ng network outside mega manila,, some provinces have only 2 or 3 channels available via regular antenna at yung iba not cleared pa. so its means no choice sa viewers to watch a clearer channel which most of the time ABS and for sure GMA 7 acknowledge na some other provinces mahina reception nila…..however the back bone of the business is in Mega manila, where the revenue and advertizers are there for both network, that’s is why its very important for ABS to get back the number 1 spot in Mega manila rating to get back more profit. for the past 5 yrs GMA7 earned more than ABS and it reflects on their day after day, night after night rating….

you are certainly wrong inconsistent…
they’re not in the ‘NO CHOICE SITUATION’
it’s just that they like the kapamilya station.
kung yan anga ang problem bat di niyo pa i-clear ang reception ng GMA?
diba sabi niyo nangnguna kayo?
