On August 10, the Philippines’ most popular heroine will take flight again. GMA 7 will re-launch Darna as a TV series and playing her this time around is Marian Rivera.

Blocking Darna’s path in promoting good and fighting evil are four super villainesses. Nadine Samonte is Babaeng Impakta, Francine Prieto is Babaeng Tuod, Ehra Madrigal is Babaeng Lawin, and Margaret Wilson is Babaeng Linta. And playing the Valentina is Iwa Moto. All four will be battling Darna in the upcoming GMA TV series.
