Star Cinema‘s 17th Anniversary offering coming to the silver screen on September 1, 2010: Sa’yo Lamang directed by Laurice Guillen.
The family drama stars Christopher de Leon and Lorna Tolentino. They play husband and wife, but Christopher leaves the family.
This forces the eldest of their children, Bea Alonzo to help her mother in taking care of her siblings played by Coco Martin, Enchong Dee, and, Miles Ocampo.
Conflict arises when Christopher returns.
Diether Ocampo plays Bea’s lover, while it seems like Shaina Magdayao plays the girl that Coco will get pregnant.
Zanjoe Marudo, Empress Schuck, Lauren Young, and Dionne Monsanto are also in the cast.
Credited with special participation are Igi Boy Flores and Dominic Ochoa.
They heavy family drama’s script is by one of my favorites, Ricky Lee with cinematography by the young Lee Meily.
