Star Cinema’s Love Me Again (Land Down Under) is Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin‘s first big-screen team-up after their TV show, Lobo. Directed by Rory Quintos, Love Me Again is a love story between Arah (Angel Locsin) and Migo (Piolo Pascual).
The 27th of December 2008 was a night of glamour as the 34th Metro Manila Film Festival-Philippines held its awarding ceremony at Sofitel Philippine Plaza’s Harbor Garden Tent. The awards night is composed of three parts: the red carpet entrance of the stars, awarding ceremony, and Katy the Musical.

Cutting Edge Productions’ Dayo sa Mundo ng Elementalia, the first ever animated film entry accepted to the Metro Manila Film Festival will fascinate moviegoers starting December 25, 2008 as Dayo opens in theater nationwide.
Dayo sa Mundo ng Elementalia is a movie about an 11-year-old boy named Bubuy who tries to save his beloved grandparents who have been abducted into Elementalia — a mysterious, mystical, and magical land house to the popular creatures from Philippine Mythology.

Cinema One Originals Digital Film Festival is set to kick off through a series of campus tours in Metro Manila from November 19 to 20, 2008. This year, Cinema One Originals Digital Film Festival features seven films such as Alon, Yanggaw, Imburnal, UPCAT, Dose, MotorCycle, and Kolorete.
“We have to explore a lot to gain the importance of digital films. There are a lot of audiences waiting to be tapped and campuses are just the many willing market of these breakthroughs,†said Ronald Arguelles, head of Creative Programs, Inc. and Cinema One in an interview conducted by ABS-CBNnews.com
